Stephanie Sy, co-founder and attorney at Sy and Smith, has years of experience in Immigration Law, Family Law, Personal Injury and Proposition 65. Previously, she was a partner at USA Immigration Legal Group, LLP, where she handled a variety of legal matters, including family-, employment- and investment-based petitions. She has written legal articles for several publications. Stephanie is a member of the California State Bar, a former co-chair of the San Diego County Bar’s Immigration Section, and a member of the American Immigration Lawyer’s Association (AILA). She currently serves on AILA San Diego’s US Consulate Tijuana Committee.  She has also been named to Cambridge Who’s Who for Executive Women. Stephanie is fluent in Tagalog and conversant in Fujian Chinese (Hokkien) and Mandarin Chinese.
