Step 2. TRANSFER CAPITAL CONTRIBUTION
Subscribe and Invest minimum capital requirement in a business at risk for job creating activities to file I-526 and related EB-5 Visa application documents with USCIS. The minimum EB-5 investment is $800,000 USD into a Targeted Employment Area.
Step 1. ENGAGE IMMIGRATION ATTORNEY
Work with your Immigration Attorney to search, vet and select an EB-5 Project and Regional Center that fits your family, citizenship and investment goals.
Step 3. REMOVE VISA CONDITIONS
Conditions removed by USCIS from the EB-5 applicant’s status and the EB-5 investor and derivative family members will be allowed to permanently live and work in the United States.
Step 4. RETURN OF INVESTMENT
The return of at risk EB-5 Capital contribution is subject to each Project and investor timelines. Typically the Project aims for a capital event coinciding with an EB-5 investors removal of conditions 5-7 years after initial investment.
